These adorable 4”x12” baby bonsai’s are painted with acrylic on canvas and topped with a layer of ArtResin. The leaves are piped on using an icing bag, which is usually used by bakers. By pumping acrylic paint and gel medium through the icing bag, I can create a unique look for the leaves. They give a cool tactile feel where the painting becomes more than just the visual.
